Our Process
UPLOADING
Photos taken by the OSO photographer are given to you via a digital photo album that is active for one year. OSO photographers give you all the high quality photos that are taken at your session with the exception of accidental/unreadable photos. During the active year for the album you can download any of the photos at any time. Once the year is over and you find yourself needing the photos again, we will have a copy kept in our database that we can re-upload for you with a service fee. There are also many sharing options available within the album so you can send the photos to family/friends.
Booking
We accept down deposits for all our bookings to confirm. In some occasions your photographer may request the full payment for the photoshoot. The deposit amount is 50% of the total cost for the session, the remaining payment is paid before or at the end of the physical session. No work from our team is released to the client until the full session is fully paid for. Deposit is non-refundable.
We accept card payments, PayPal, Cashapp, Zelle, etc.
EDITS
For packages that include photo edits, the client has one week after receiving the photos to choose the images they would like edited. If you find yourself missing the deadline for choosing photo edits, do not worry! We can still edit them for you for a small service fee of $50. Every OSO photographer offers edits for photos. Edits are also available for packages that do not include them, this would be a separate rate.
RETOUCHING
Retouching is advanced manipulation of a photo using industry standard photo editing software. With retouching we can change things like skin, objects in the photo, distractions, and much more. Specific requests should be made to the photographer, we will only retouch within our limitations. We offer this service for:

Editing and Video Recording
We send completed videos out within two weeks or more of shooting. We will ONLY begin editing once the full payment is received. We can also recommend scenes/locations to shoot at that we feel would best suit the song.These rates only apply to songs that are 1-5 minutes long. Our music video options are all inclusive within our capabilities with the only exclusion being drone shots. These include/but are not limited to
Multiple- camera shots, Creative direction from an OSO pro , 4k footage up to 60fps, Standard High resolution 1080p Footage up to 60fps, creative scenes, and Full video editing
PHOTO PRINTING
We print photos up to the size ratio of 7.5 x 11 (about the size of printer paper).
For 4 x 5 sized photos we charge $10 per print, or five prints for $45. For 7.5 x 11 sized photos we charge $15 per print as well as a photo frame for the print for an additional $5. We can also scan physical photos that our clients send in to be printed.
